A pretty and striking pair of earrings from the late 20th Century, circa 1980s. The earrings are made from 9ct gold and have spectacle settings for some fabulous teardrop shaped synthetic opals. The opals have wonderful flashes of colour and sparkle prettily with their fiery appearance in many lights. Each spectacle setting is attached individually giving the earrings a beautiful movement in the ear. This makes them very eye-catching when worn.
