Vintage 1940s Green Spinel Cocktail Ring
A wonderful and unusual ring from the early half of the 20th Century, c1940s. The ring is made from 8ct gold, marked 333, and is German in origin. It has a lovely chunky appearance to the top and is reminiscent of the French tank designs with its ridged shoulders and presence on the finger. At the centre are six green spinel gemstones, all individually claw set. The spinel has a lovely green/blue colour and the gemstones are an eye catching hue. The ring sits well with others, though it would also look great worn alone.
