SOLD Victorian Silver Gilt Turquoise Hinged Bangle
A pretty and unusual bangle from the late Victorian period, c1880s. The bracelet is made from silver that has been gilded with a lovely rose coloured 9ct gold. Set in this pretty bangle are two rows of natural turquoise. The turquoise has some variation in colour as you would expect in a piece of this age, and there are a few little replacements, though not to the detriment of the charm of this piece. The bracelet has a pin clasp that holds securely when the bracelet is worn. Such an eye-catching and pretty bangle.
