SOLD Edwardian 9ct Gold Ruby & Pearl Slide Charm Necklace

The sweetest little slide charm necklace from the Edwardian period, c1905. The charm is made from 9ct gold and has alternating seed pearls and rubies set around the circumference. The rubies are old cuts and are a stunning pink that is complimented beautifully by the soft creamy lustre of the split pearls. The charm is a perfect O and has been expertly made. Such a small thing of such quality. The circle charm hangs on a period 9ct gold chain; the golds matching perfectly in colour.

NB: The charm sits flat to the body when worn so that the circle shape is seen front facing.

Size - The circle is approx 10mm in diameter outer edge to outer edge and is approx 3mm wide all the way around. The chain measures approx 19 1/2" long

Condition - Very good. A little wear to the chain commensurate with age
