SOLD Edwardian 15ct Gold Opal & Diamond Trilogy Ring

A wonderful ring from the Edwardian period, c1905. The ring is made from 15ct gold and has a lovely sized oval opal at the centre, The opal has a pretty play of colour throughout with hints of reds, greens. yellows and blues. As is often the case with these colourful gemstones, the photos do not do this beautiful example justice. The opal measures approx 12mm by 9.5mm and is flanked by little old mine cut diamonds in square shaped settings. This is a classic Edwardian style and the ring is in excellent condition.
